We used Kensal Green branch, Harrow Road, all I can say is my experience was perfect from start to finish, we walked in the shop and was greeted by Debbie and Melanie and from that moment we knew we wanted to use them to provide my baby boys headstone, they are warm kind hearted people that go above and beyond to provide you with whatever you need, I changed my mind about the design quite a few times and they were patient and understanding the whole way through, very informative and helpful at all times, when I saw the finished headstone in place it was just perfect, everything I wished for for my little boy. They also made a headstone for my Nan and Grandad and that was laid at home in their garden and again they were exceptional the whole way through, we all want the best for when our loved ones pass away and these are the best by a mile! Thank you Debbie, Melanie and all involved in the background, we appreciate everything you have done for us.

We commissioned Munday & Son to create a headstone with a kerb for our parents, and from start to finish the team were supportive, patient, and incredibly helpful. Because the design was unique, it took some time to get everything just right, but with their guidance the final piece is truly beautiful. Throughout the process, the team kept me informed at every stage and sent photos once the memorial was installed. There were a few initial issues with the kerb due to the grave being positioned on a hill, but Alex and the team were exceptionally understanding and worked on the alignment until I was completely satisfied. Alex even gave up a Saturday morning to come out and assess the kerb in person so he could advise on the best solution. They were consistently solution‑focused, kind, and patient during what has been the most difficult period of my life, and I am genuinely grateful for the care and understanding they showed.
